Liam was born via c-section tonight and praise God, he has lungs. They had trouble getting him intubated but after an ENT was called in, they got it in and the vent is breathing for him. He is breathing on his own but it is too soon to tell yet. They will be doing all kinds of testing over the weekend and he is in the NICU. There are other issues that might come into play but he came into this world at 5 lbs and 1 oz, 16 1/2 inches long.
Stacey and her husband are doing the best that can be expected. It all happened so fast that none of this seems real.
So please keep those prayers coming and as I have more information, I will share it with you.

What you see is what you get; I am a Nashville girl who is single, again. I use the blog to get my inner, tortured, wanna be writer angst out. One day I just may write a book. The people you read about on here are real but most have had their names changed to protect the innocent and not so innocent. And I really should make a list of them so I can remember! Enjoy, read, mock, laugh and comment, it really isn't difficult. Plus, I would prefer reading comments from real people as opposed to the weird spam comments I keep getting. Plus, I will always find the hardest path to follow and take that one, why would anyone want to take the easy way?!
