So, I read Kelly’s Korner (http://www.kellyskornerblog.com/) and she always does this Show Us Your Life Friday post. Of course, I have always wanted to link up but I never have until now. . .
This is me:

Well, let me show you another one. . .

I am 36 (Gasp!) and single. Never been married, engaged or the like. I am a Christian that has struggled with my faith from time to time. I am 5″1″ and there is a whole lot of random facts on the 100 Things About Me page but let me give you a snapshot.
I love to cook but can’t clean worth a darn. I am pretty open and honest, trusting to the point where I have gotten hurt in the past. I love to laugh, especially at myself and am about as graceful as a minute old foul. Yep, I trip over everything including my feet. I read all the time, help my friends when they need some help and would take in any and every animal if I had room and if my cat would tolerate it.
I love football and cannot wait for the season to start again. I currently live in Chattanooga, TN but my heart is still in Nashville. I am the last single gal of my friends and they are kind to let me third wheel with them often. When I travel, I prefer to hit NYC and DC just so I can eat my way through the city.
And here is the upfront part and gentlemen, I know this scares the crap out of you but hey, I have gotten to the age where being upfront tends to put everyone’s expectations in line. I want to get married and have children. I love kids and have a ball with my friends’ kids. I don’t want to just get married for the sake of getting married though.
I want a mate that will have my back, laugh at me and with me, willing to share the remote from time to time as well as willing to go see a chick flick. In return, I will do the same. It is all about love, respect, being their for the other person and being honest. Oh, I also have friends who happen to be male but don’t let that bother you because it really is just a friend thing.
I also do not mind embarrassing myself when the moment is called on, so I will leave you with last year’s Halloween costume for work. I was Mary Katherine Gallagher and I think I rocked it. I do an awesome Super Star and yes, I sniffed my armpits at work for good measure; had to make sure I was really in character that day!

So there you have it in a nutshell, you have any questions, I will answer them. And if this gets me a date? Kelly I so owe you!
So, I found you from Kelly’s Blog, I posted for my brother. We live quite a distance apart but you never know…:) Just from reading a little about you I think you guys may have a lot in common.
Check him out on my blog and if you are interested let me know and I can get you some of his info. Take Care!
Theresa
