Happy Christmas Theme

I decided that since I have been decking the halls at my place, I needed to do the same around here. This will also give me some time to think about revamping the site. I know zilch when it comes to web design, so hopefully giving myself a little less than a month to really work on it might inspire me.

  • I also owe Son a little project
  • I need to finish dealing with the explosion of decorations at my place
  • Wrap presents
  • Finish shopping
  • Bake a cake
  • Exercise
  • Kidnap a friend’s dog
  • Review dad’s Christmas list of 1,257,875 items he wants
  • Possibly take Wook to see Santa at Green Hills Mall
  • Design Christmas cards, get them printed and send them out
  • Get my hair highlighted and trimmed
  • Get a pedi before the Queen disowns me (confession, last one was October 13th)
  • Organize my iPod
  • Do some crafting
  • Get Sock Monkey hat (very important)
  • Feed the world
  • And finally, find the answer to world peace and share (I maintain that it stems from a snow enchanted night atop the Empire State Building after a few slices from Lombardis pizza)

And that to do list is only through this coming Friday, so all in all, not a lot going on around here. . .

What you see is what you get; I am a Nashville girl who is single, again. I use the blog to get my inner, tortured, wanna be writer angst out. One day I just may write a book. I have been stumbling through life for 43 years now, I love to cook, read and figure out more embarrassing ways I can either harm myself (thank you hula hoop of 2010 and the case of the thrown back) or just prove how inept I am at household chores and dieting. The people you read about on here are real but most have had their names changed to protect the innocent and not so innocent. And I really should make a list of them so I can remember! Enjoy, read, mock, laugh and comment, it really isn't difficult. Plus, I would prefer reading comments from real people as opposed to the weird spam comments I keep getting. Plus, I will always find the hardest path to follow and take that one, why would anyone want to take the easy way?!
